Casa Blanca Jondal occupies an utterly gorgeous location on the hillside above Cala Jondal, the beach famous for its Blue Marlin beach club.

From its hilltop vantage, this Ibizan villa delivers some jaw-droppingly beautiful views. The pine-clad hillside drops to sparkling turquoise sea glittering across the horizon. Revel in the view from the salt-water infinity pool – one of the best viewpoints on the island.

The space:
Here, you can relax in total privacy. The large exterior terrace offers shaded seating and dining spaces, as well as a fully-equipped summer kitchen. There’s a further shaded socialising space on a wooden terrace built under fragrant pine trees.

If you prefer to soak up some Ibiza sunshine, choose from daybeds on the terrace or the poolside loungers. Or head to the roof for a whole new set of sun-drenched entertaining spaces. From here, you can see the yachts bobbing on the water at Cala Jondal.

Inside, elegant living areas stretch from the large open-plan lounge and dining area through to the well-equipped kitchen and the large terrace overlooking the pool.

The four double bedrooms are all en-suite and as spacious and elegant as the rest of the property. The Sonos music system operates throughout and additional amenities include a home gym and table football.

Enjoy peace and secluded tranquillity with the delights of the Blue Marlin and Cala Jondal just footsteps away.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
Housekeeper service included from 8am to5pm (1 hour break), 6 days a week.

Cleaner - 4 hours per day, day off Sunday.
Linen/towel change on Wednesday and Saturday.

Cleaning Monday - Saturday, can also be arranged for Sunday. Linen/towels changed Wednesdays and Saturdays.


Eco-tax @ €2.20/person/night to be added to final price - based on 8 people/week - €124.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
