Welcome to your new home away from home, a cozy and comfortable house located in the beautiful São Miguel dos Milagres, Alagoas, Brasil. With 4 bedrooms, our house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
The space:
As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel right at home in our modern and well-equipped house. The living room is spacious and inviting, with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen cable TV where you can unwind after a long day of exploring the local area. There’s also high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, so you can stay connected with your loved ones back home.
Our house boasts 4 comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable during the warm Brazilian nights. With soft and cozy bedding and plenty of storage space for your belongings, you’ll feel right at home in our bedrooms.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Rua Campo is a charming neighborhood located in the heart of São Miguel dos Milagres, Brazil, and is considered one of the best areas to stay in the town. The neighborhood is well-located, offering visitors easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, as well as a variety of local shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
One of the main attractions of Rua Campo is its proximity to Praia do Toque, one of the most stunning beaches in the area. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll down the street and be on the beach in just a few minutes, where they can enjoy the crystal-clear waters and white sand. The beach is also home to several beach bars and restaurants, where visitors can try the local cuisine or enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the breathtaking views.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
* Silence from 10pm til 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
