You wake up and feel the breeze of the sea. Open the windows from the master suite you are lodging in and get invigorated by the amazing view you are so privileged to be enjoying.
You have a comfortable living room at your disposal, a fully equipped kitchen with staff that you can hire and direct access to the sea. In the Condo, a beautiful pool is offered, apart from a tennis court, a football / volleyball field, a ping-pong table and more.
Wifi, cable tv, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms make the whole experience as homelike as you can get.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Manguinhos is one of the most cozy and glamorous spots in Búzios.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
You can pay their service directly to them and negotiate extra hours.
Electricity and water are payed as an extra.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
