The vacation house boasts a spacious and comfortable layout, ensuring that each guest can find their own cozy corner. The living area is designed for socializing, with ample seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The entire property is equipped with air conditioning to keep guests cool during the warm summer months.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Jericoacoara is a small beach town located in the state of Ceará, in northeastern Brazil. It is known for its stunning natural beauty, with white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and massive sand dunes. The town offers a relaxed atmosphere and is popular among surfers and kiteboarders. Jericoacoara is also home to various outdoor activities such as sandboarding, windsurfing, and horseback riding. It is a great destination for those seeking a peaceful beach vacation and a chance to connect with nature.
Getting Around:

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
