The space:
As you step inside, you are greeted by an open and airy layout that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and adorned with local artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Vila do Preá offers a variety of activities for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Spend your days exploring the nearby sand dunes, taking kitesurfing lessons, or simply lounging on the pristine beaches. For a change of scenery, take a day trip to the nearby Jericoacoara National Park, where you can experience the beauty of the famous Pedra Furada and enjoy stunning sunsets over the dunes.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
