Located on Estrada dos Macacos, we offer a stunning four-bedroom house. Perfect for families or small groups, this home offers plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable.
The space:
You’ll find the latest technology, like a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, wireless internet, and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
You can also enjoy the Brazilian sunshine in your own private pool, or fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious seafood feast.
This is the ideal place to relax, kick back, and enjoy the tranquility of Trancoso, while still having access to all the comforts of home.
Bed linens and towels are provided, so all you have to do is show up, unpack, and enjoy. We look forward to hosting you on Estrada dos Macacos and inviting you to experience the beauty of Bahia!
Guest access:
The whole house is yours, for sure! With daily cleaning and maintenance of pool and gardens included.

We suggest doing your tours to the different beaches and city by car.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best possible experience.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
Chefs or cooks, waiters, barmen, babysitters, among other services can also be hired.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for Building authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 4 people per day
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay (check-out time is up to 12pm) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
