If you’re traveling with friends or family, a house with a pool becomes a hub for fun and laughter. Gather around as you indulge in a barbecue by the poolside, creating lasting memories and sharing stories of your adventures in Florianopolis. The pool becomes a central gathering point, where laughter echoes and the sound of splashing water fills the air.
The space:
Beyond the comforts of your private pool, Florianopolis awaits with its many attractions. Explore the island’s numerous beaches, each offering its own unique charm, from the buzzing atmosphere of Praia Mole to the tranquility of Lagoinha do Leste. Engage in water sports like surfing, paddleboarding, or kayaking, immersing yourself in the island’s coastal beauty.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Aside from its stunning coastline, Florianopolis is also known for its rich history and culture. The city has preserved its colonial architecture, with the historical district of Santo Antonio de Lisboa being a prime example.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, subject to approval
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
