The space:
Located at the top of a hill, this property is secluded and surrounded on 3 sides by a pine forest, with 120,000 m² of its own farm land. There is a distant sea view to the Bay of San Antonio, to the hills of San Jose and a view of the town below. This is the West Coast of the island, so there are many places where the famous Ibiza sunsets can be enjoyed.
Perfectly located, this property is close to some of the best beaches on the island. For example Cala Gracio and Gracionetta are 5 minutes away, Punta Galera and Cala Salada 10 minutes, Platges de Conte, Cala Tarida and Cala Carbo 15 minutes and Salinas 20 minutes. The property is gated and has an alarm system.
There are 2 large outdoor entertaining areas, which both seat 15-20 people and a further 2 outdoor seating areas spread over the extensive terracing and outdoor space. There are luxurious sun loungers surrounding the pool as well as comfortable outdoor furniture.
The large 14m x 6m swimming pool is gated and therefore great for families with small children. Other outdoor features include – parking space for up to 15 cars and an outdoor cinema.
This fantastic spacious house has a total internal space of 500 m² and can easily host 12 people with countless possibilities for dining or entertaining large groups.
The property is U-shaped, which means that the bedrooms are well separated from each other, providing a sense of privacy. Even when there are 12 people in the villa, there is still a great feeling of space.
The vast communal areas also include 2 indoor living rooms boasting international satellite TV and the whole property benefits from WIFI and a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers.
Both the indoor and outdoor fully equipped kitchens feature safety equipment such as smoke alarms, fire blankets & extinguishers. There are also cots & high chairs for the children.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
