OUTDOOR AREAS
The shaded poolside dining area has a gas BBQ and seats 12 people. Single sun beds are available on the spacious terrace by the pool, in the sun and in shaded areas.
The cocktail terrace and dining area on the main level are ideal for relaxing with drinks at any time of day, especially sunset and sunrise.
The 10 x 5 m saltwater pool enjoys breathtaking views of the sea, Formentera and the old town of Ibiza.. The surrounding lounging area includes sun beds, refrigerator, freezer and outdoor shower.
LIVING AREAS
On the main level, the doors to the large living area slide away opening onto a terrace with dining facilities for 12 people and incredible sea views.
You will also find a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a 3 metre kitchen island, a lounge with comfortable sofas and a guest cloakroom with WC.
The fully equipped kitchen features the following:
2 x in built fridge and 1 x freezer, 2 x dishwashers, 4 plate induction unit, 1 x oven with grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer.
The lower level has a large play/cinema room with 55-inch flat-screen TV and a guest cloakroom with WC.
iPod docking stations are available throughout and the villa boasts high speed fibre internet (rare on the island) with an average download speed of 50MB, but this does vary.
As this villa is located in a residential area there is a zero-tolerance regarding music and loud noise between 23:00 and 10:00.
The villa is well protected with an interior and exterior alarm system connected to GPS Security.
Cots, highchairs and a selection of toys and children’s beanbags can be provided.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
