The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden and features a large swimming pool with stunning views to the sea and everything you need to enjoy every single moment on the island such as a relaxing chill-out area, an outdoor dining area, a terrace and a meditation corner.

The 3 hectares of lush Mediterranean gardens where fruit trees and colourful bougainvilleas grow creates a natural paradise where each of the outdoor areas are ideal for different moments and times of the day. The magnificent infinity pool, blends with the sea and the view of Salinas and Formentera.

The “Payesa” house is a 200 year-old traditional but refurbished house with state-of-the-art features, it boasts a clever mix between contemporary architecture and traditional insular constructions. With high quality fixtures and fittings and careful decoration, this property has a modern elegant feel.

The main house is home to a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate and organise large lunches or dinners and a spacious bright living-room with the ultimate technology.

The chill-out and entertainment area is a cosy generous space offering huge sofas to lay comfortably while watching TV, a pool table, a football table and a bar. The area has also a club, only accessible for very special occasions.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.

Monday to Friday - 2 staff work 4 hours each.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
