Villa Ario is an authentic country house located in a rural environment, very close to the picturesque village of Es Cubells.
The space:
This spacious and comfortable house is distributed over 2 floors, offering 400 m² of living space with bright airy rooms, 5 large bedrooms, beautiful terraces with sea views and a large pool in the middle of a stunning fully fenced Mediterranean garden of 2,000 m².
The ground floor features a comfortable living room which opens out onto the main porch overlooking the pool, and is equipped with a large plasma screen TV with satellite and a wonderful open fireplace.
There is a large, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with dining area which opens out onto one of the outdoor dining terraces.
The first floor features a spacious library lounge which opens onto a wonderful terrace with luxurious outdoor furniture, billiard table and beautiful views of the countryside and sea beyond.
Outside, the villa has an extensive pool area and a number of stunning chill-out and dining areas, including a covered summer dining area by the pool, as well as a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
The villa is ideal for families and friends, offering amazing spaces for entertaining.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
4 hours daily, Monday - Saturday.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
