Villa Aquino is well located, perfect for families, friends and groups seeking relaxation, but without being far from the most exclusive beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila.
It is also close to the beautiful town of San Rafael with numerous restaurants and bars, some of the world famous discotheques such as Privilege and Amnesia are also nearby.
The space:
The villa is located approximately 4 km to the north of Ibiza Town, in a quiet residential area – approximately 10 minutes to Ibiza Airport
On entering the villa, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped, open-plan stylish kitchen with modern appliances. The spacious living room features comfortable sofas, a fireplace, TV and direct access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The first floor also has a living room with comfortable sofas and a large terrace.
Outside at Villa Aquino, guests can enjoy a beautifully maintained, private garden with several chill-out and dining areas, and a large private pool area surrounded by sun loungers and parasols; there is also a poolside shower. Beside the pool there is a covered “summer kitchen” with BBQ, fridge and a dining area, making it the ideal space to prepare and enjoy ‘al fresco’ meals with your family and friends.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
