It is conveniently situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Cala Bassa, 15 minutes from Cala Conta and 20 minutes to the rest of beautiful beaches on the West Coast. It’s only 5 minutes from the night life, the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and banks of San Antonio.

The airport and Ibiza town are only 20 minutes away.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Outside you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with lawn, sunny and shady areas, an inviting large swimming pool area surrounded by wooden deck and 6 sun beds.

There are several terraces and a large porch with a 4-seat and a 6-seat table, a perfect place for ‘al fresco’ dining. As you walk into the spacious grounds of the villa, there is private parking (garage) for 2 cars.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for privacy, ideal for friends and families who want to enjoy the tranquillity without being far from the most exclusive beaches of the island, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

LIVING AREAS

On entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious, bright entrance hall, this leads to an 8-seat-dining area and a large living room that has a Plasma Digital International Satellite TV, home cinema, fibre-optic internet and Wi-Fi.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine and all types of small appliances) and a large pantry.
The laundry room with washing machine, washer dryer and iron is located in the first floor.

There is air conditioning throughout the villa, home osmosis water filter system for drinking water, alarm and a safe box.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
