Built in traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, it has been sympathetically built into the landscape and has panoramic sea and mountain views. The property has a private heated swimming pool (15 x 6 metres), kitchen, living room and dining area and comfortably sleeps 10 adults in 5 en-suite bedrooms.

The space:
The rooms are arranged over three levels and all feature en-suite bathrooms, Bose speakers and a complimentary selection of toiletries. Each room has its own terraced seating area.

Besides the five large bedroom suites, there are a large number of stylish communal areas for socialising and relaxing. From the spacious lounge area to the perfectly proportioned dining and kitchen area, each space feels homely, yet luxurious. One of the most loved spaces at La Mejor Vista is the large terrace and outdoor dining area – perfect for evening dining or late-night cocktails.

Your stay at this property during the months of July and August is all inclusive (optional all inclusive stays are available during other months at an extra cost).

– All drinks such as wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, and Spanish sparkling wine

– Daily continental breakfast

– Lunch and dinner for 6 days tailored to the client’s tastes

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:

possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
