Villa Andrey is a very comfortable and well equipped villa. Constructed in modern styles, with fabulous design features this villa is set in the privileged location in the bay of Cala Tarida, just above the beach, with amazing sea and sunset views. It is just 150m away from the beach, that can be accessed easily by walking.
The space:
The property consists of the main house and a separate apartment distributed over different floors.
OUTDOOR AREAS
All terraces are furnished with high quality Balinese beds, sun beds, tables and chairs.
There is a BBQ (gas), outdoor dining area, a fantastic large swimming pool and closed parking for several cars.
LIVING AREAS
This villa boasts a large living and dining room for 10 people, it is very bright with access to a covered terrace with chill out area and outdoor dining area.
In the living room there is a TV with international satellite and stereo, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave etc.
The separate apartment consists of a small living room with fridge and a terrace with sun beds and armchairs.
Also there is access to WiFi and air conditioning is throughout the property.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
