On a country road on the west side of Ibiza, just a ten-minute drive from the glorious white sand beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Moli, Can Juana offers its guests a luxurious Ibizan escape. High in the pine-clad hillside above Ibiza’s beautiful west coast sunset beaches, Can Juana enjoys stunning views of the sea and the surrounding hills and countryside.

The village of San Jose is approximately a five-minute drive away and Ibiza Town is just 25 minutes by car.

The space:
Sitting in 3,000m² of terraced grounds, with palm trees, tropical plants and manicured lawn, Can Juana’s walkways connect the various outside spaces, from the sunny pool area to the sunset-facing alfresco dining area and the cosy garden chill-out area.

The breath-taking infinity pool seems to extend out into the treetops, with the blue Mediterranean Sea sparkling in the distance. Beside the pool, a number of beautiful terraces provide opportunities to enjoy the wonderful sea view, watch the colourful Ibizan sunset, or simply kick back and relax.

The light-filled interiors delightfully combine modern luxuries and high-tech features with calming, classic beach-house style – from the cosy lounge with sofa seating around a fireplace, a light-filled breakfast room, and the polished, modern kitchen.

This classic beach-house style flows into the family-friendly guest accommodation. This comprises of a master suite with nearby twin, two doubles and a separate guest suite, plus a studio room in the lower courtyard – offering versatile accommodation for family, friends or staff.

Can Juana is an ideal Ibizan holiday home for friends or families which enjoys a glorious countryside location high in the hills near San Jose, and incredible sea and sunset views.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
A housekeeper is included in the reservation price. 5 hours daily cleaning service from Monday to Friday (including Saturday if the rental is more than one week)

Change of towels every day. Change of bed linen on Wednesday (plus Saturday if the rental is more than one week)

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
