The space:
Villa Vista Talamanca features several levels, the lower terrace is by the sea where you can sunbathe on comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the heated pool, with unbeatable views. This terrace has direct access to the sea, a lawn area, shower and a room that serves several functions.
The level above features the bright, airy, open-plan living areas which include a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a comfortable stylish lounge area with fireplace overlooking the wonderful sea views, and a small dining area for four people.
The third level features the bedrooms and bathrooms, while on the fourth level you will find a roof terrace with shower and sun beds for sunbathing with total privacy.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
End of stay clean included too.
The refundable damage deposit of €3000 to be paid in cash to the owner on arrival.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
