The space:
To the front there is parking for multiple cars on the gravel driveway leading up to the property, where shrubs conceal an alfresco dining terrace from view on the right and to the left is a spacious chill-out area with pool access.
Outside, the pool of 14m x 6m is surrounded by luxurious sun loungers, day beds and parasols, there is an external bathroom with shower and a fully integrated outdoor kitchen and dining area seating 20 people, complete with oven, fridge and BBQ and also an outdoor bar area ideal for hosting casual dinner parties.
Located just outside the indoor kitchen there is a further exterior dining table for 10 people overlooking the colourful fenced garden with palms trees.
Upon entry into the hallway, stairs lead upwards to either side of the upper level; there is open access to a large reception room offering versatile chill-out and entertaining space with sofas, a plasma television, console DJ audio system and a dining room seating 10 people.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen offers filtered drinking water, a central island, oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and access to the front terrace.
Wireless Internet and air conditioning is available throughout the entire property.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
