The space:
Surrounded by lush palm trees and verdant flora, the house seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings, creating a harmonious fusion of man-made elegance and Mother Nature’s beauty.
The exterior of the house is adorned with warm hues, reminiscent of the golden sand that stretches out beyond it. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows invite abundant natural light, while allowing for uninterrupted views of the breathtaking ocean right at your doorstep. The expansive terrace beckons you to kick off your shoes, sink into a comfortable chaise lounge, and relish in the refreshing sea breeze.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Trancoso is a popular beach town in Brazil known for its beautiful beaches, colorful houses, and vibrant atmosphere. Many people consider it to be a great destination for relaxation, beach activities, and enjoying the local culture. However, it’s important to note that everyone has different preferences and what may be “good” for one person may not be the same for another. It ultimately depends on your personal interests and what you’re looking for in a vacation destination.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
