Cala Moli is a beautiful pebbly cove on Ibiza’s west coast, just south of the resort of Cala Tarida.

Its quiet, pale sands and crystal-clear waters are just a few minutes’ walk from Can Cala Moli.

The space:
This beautiful beach house boasts a private pool, surrounded by sunny terraces and a stunning sea view. The property has been cleverly designed to make the most of this west-facing aspect; delivering stunning views of craggy coastline and twinkling blue sea at every turn. Here, you can enjoy Ibiza?s legendary sunsets from the privacy of your own pool deck.

Soak up some Ibizan sunshine on a poolside lounger, or chill under the shade of a romantic canopy on the upper terrace. Around the perimeter of the house, different terrace areas offer somewhere to relax whatever your mood – including two al-fresco dining spaces, summer kitchen and barbeque, and a roof-top terrace where you can laze on sun-drenched daybeds.

Light floods into the cool, modern interiors through vast floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The poolside terrace opens onto a large living space with sofa seating and a formal dining area, while the sunny kitchen is home to a long breakfast table with bench seating and stools.

Upstairs, the three double bedrooms enjoy the same light-filled interiors; light bounces off white walls as the sea views twinkle invitingly through sliding glass doors. Soft furnishings in shades of white, pale grey and ocean blues, and pale, natural wood fittings create a serene space to relax and unwind.

The master suite, a further double en-suite bedroom, and another bedroom with three single beds, perfect for children, are located on the ground floor and enjoy garden views or pool access.

Can Cala Moli is a stylish modern beach house, perfect for families, close to the beaches of Ibiza’s beautiful west coast.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us.

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
2 cleaners for 2 hours cleaning each per day (4 hrs) Monday to Friday is included in the reservation price.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
