Nestled in the heart of this charming Brazilian town lies a beautiful, spacious house designed to cater to all your family’s needs. Step inside, and you will be amazed by the spaciousness and comfort that this house offers. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, allowing for effortless family bonding and entertainment.
The space:
The living area is furnished with plush sofas and armchairs, providing ample seating for everyone to relax and unwind. A state-of-the-art entertainment system is at your disposal, ensuring that you can enjoy your favorite movies or music during your stay.
When it’s time to rest, retreat to one of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring cozy beds adorned with high-quality linens and ample storage space for your belongings.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Trancoso is known for its warm weather and stunning beaches, and this house is conveniently located near some of the most beautiful stretches of sand. Spend lazy days building sandcastles or exploring the crystal-clear waters, knowing that a comfortable and luxurious retreat awaits you when you return.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
We also maintain the pool whenever you need it.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
