The space:

The doors to Golf Villa 148 are open for all those who are looking to lay back during their holidays.
Behind the blue and manually carved entrance door, an open concept awaits with white-wooded high ceilings and a modern chandelier with strong character influencing with a charm all the atmosphere.
The big glass windows guarantee sunlight almost all day long to marvel the outdoor surroundings and also the dining area with a table for 8 guests and the living area bestowed with modern furniture, adding the perfect balance with the minimalistic, yet carefully selected decor.
For snacks and food, the blue-tiled fully equipped kitchen is calling anyone who is hungry. Next is the access to the backyard with a lap pool to cool off and sun loungers to get the perfect tan. But a broader view step outside through the living area to marvel the mesmerizing golf views enjoying the modern outdoor furniture.
For a perfect sleep, any of the 4 bedrooms are at your disposal. The master bedroom has a king bed, AC, TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second room has also a king bed, AC, TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The third and the fourth bedrooms have 2 queen beds each, TV and AC each, walk-in and ensuite bathroom each.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.

Guest Registration
All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities. Please note, villa owners’ family members and friends are not required to pay, but must still register with the office upon arrival. Once a request has been submitted we will respond within 12-24 hours.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 8 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
