Listing Description
This is a luxurious and charming 5 bedroom villa with an outstanding sea view, wonderful terraces and is perfectly located only 40 metres from the beach.
The space:
The famous NIKKI BEACH is only 500 metres away and it is close to many nice restaurants, bars and other amenities. There is also the possibility to rent a boat in front of the house.
OUTDOOR AREAS
There is a beautiful L-shape swimming pool (45 m²), with a spacious sunbathing area equipped with several sun loungers surrounding it and an outdoor dining area with BBQ.
The property is fully alarmed and totally fenced off with a private gate.
LIVING AREAS
All areas of the house are fully air conditioned and have access to WiFi.
The open-plan lounge area boasts comfortable seating and a TV with satellite.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer and coffee machine etc.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
4 hours cleaning every 2 days (2 cleaners, 2 hours each).
Towel change every 2 days. Linen change every 4 days.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
