This section of Ibiza’s south coast between Porroig and Es Cubells is known as the golden mile, both for its beautiful coastline and for the exclusivity of its properties.
Can Felipe doesn’t disappoint on either count; with stunning sea and mountain views, this modern Ibizan holiday home is a spacious and luxurious Ibizan retreat.
The space:
Sitting within 10,000m² of beautifully landscaped gardens bursting with fruit trees, including apricots, peaches, figs and almonds, you are treated to beautiful views across farmland to the neighbouring pine-clad hillsides.
The gardens are also home to an oversized checkers set, table tennis table, petanque court and trampoline. Your children will love the large play area with climbing frame, swings and two wooden play houses.
Across the sunny lawn, dotted with tall pines and lazy daybeds, you reach the fabulous pool. With a 10m x 6m main pool, separate jacuzzi and a solar-heated children’s pool, this is another great family-friendly feature in this wonderful Ibizan holiday home.
Beside the pool, a shady terrace boasts a stylish al-fresco dining table, seating twelve. Additional tables and benches are available, seating up to 40 people. The terrace wraps around the house to reveal a pretty barbeque area and summer kitchen overlooking the flower-filled gardens.
Soak up some glorious Ibizan sunshine on a poolside lounger, relax in soft lounge seating under the shade of the terrace, or head up to the roof terrace for incredible sunset views.
Can Felipe’s immaculate, light-filled interiors have a serene vibe of sophisticated cosiness. Pale tiles, white walls, pristine linens, accents of bright golds and eastern mysticism combine to create a light and airy family-friendly space. With light-filled bedrooms, pristine bathrooms, and cosy living spaces in the same fresh, white hues, including a small and well-equipped gym, Can Felipe has room for the whole family to relax and unwind.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
A couple live in a separate property within the plot of land. They manage the housekeepers and maintain the gardens and pools.
Linen/Towel/Pool Towel change - once per week.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
