This magnificent villa is located 300 metres from Sol d’en Serra beach on the east of the island, a stunning, rocky, road paradise beach with beautiful clear turquoise water. It is just a 2 minute walk from the exceptional beach club ‘Amante’, which is one of the best on the island.

Set high above the sea, the views over the sparkling waters of the bay of Sol den Serra are unrivalled, taking your breath away every time.

The space:
The wonderful village of Cala Llonga is only a 15 minute walk and offers a beautiful beach as well as all kinds of other amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, cashpoints etc.

Perfectly located this property is only 15 minutes from Ibiza Town and 20 minutes from the airport.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The outdoor areas boast a swimming pool with several sundecks/terraces around it, a covered dining area with an outdoor dining table for 10 people and a beautiful garden with luscious lawns.

The sun decks feature a chill-out area, both single and double luxurious sun loungers and parasols for all guests.

There is a spacious covered chill-out area by the lawns, with sumptuous sofas and chairs where the breathtaking views can be truly enjoyed.

To the side of the house there is plenty of parking space and the property is fully fenced.

LIVING AREAS

The living areas are furnished to a very high standard and the floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural daylight and can be opened up to give a feeling of outdoor living in the summer months.

The large, open-plan living room is divided over two levels and includes inviting sofas, with luxurious fittings and tasteful artwork throughout. The unique furniture has a retro feel dating from the 50’s and 70’s, a completely vintage style that coexists in harmony with the modern architecture.

The kitchen is integrated into the open plan living area and is fully equipped with all modern appliances; the dining area easily seats 6 people, there is a study and a small guest bathroom for convenience. All rooms have access to several terraces, have spectacular sea views, are fully air conditioned and have access to WiFi.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds
