The space:
Step inside, and you’ll find a treasure trove of entertainment options to elevate your leisure time. Head to the living room where a state-of-the-art TV awaits, ready to be your companion for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, we have a foosball table that promises hours of laughter and exhilaration as you battle it out for victory. Meanwhile, our expansive grounds offer plenty of space for outdoor activities or simply lounging around, basking in the tranquility and breathtaking surroundings.
And let’s not forget about the pièce de résistance – the unparalleled view of the sea that will leave you enchanted and in awe. Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sundowner on the terrace, gazing out at the azure waters stretching into the horizon. It’s a sight that will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on your memories.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Originally a small fishing village, Búzios gained international fame in the 1960s when it was visited by the iconic French actress Brigitte Bardot. Her presence put the town on the map, and since then, Búzios has evolved into a popular destination for travelers from all around the world.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
