Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Praia dos Ossos, or ‘Beach of Bones’, is located on the eastern coast of Búzios, Brazil. This beautiful beach is known for its stunning white sand and crystal clear waters.
During low tide, the sand turns golden and reveals an array of small clam and mussel shells that gives the beach its unique name. The beach is surrounded by rocky promontories, inviting visitors to explore and admire the stunning views.
It is a popular spot for swimming and sunbathing, and is also a great spot for snorkelling, as the calm and shallow waters are filled with a variety of marine life.
The nearby town of Búzios is known for its vibrant culture and nightlife, making it a great destination for those looking to enjoy a lively atmosphere during their vacation. Interaction With Guests:
We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property, pre-approval required.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* No glass near the pool. In case a glass breaks inside of it, a R$ 2.000 penalty will be applied
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
