The space:
This villa boasts beautifully landscaped gardens, a kidney shaped pool and spectacular countryside views giving an immediate sense of tranquility. Walk along the paths to the beautiful well maintained lawned gardens. You may even see terrapins or goldfish in the pretty water feature which runs along the side of the villa. Olive trees and palms are dotted around the land, offering shade during the balmy summer days. You are also welcome to explore the orchard with orange and lemon trees – pick any fruit there.
The villa’s shaded terraces have plenty of seating options, whether you choose to stretch out in the sun, or relax in the shade. As you step outside of the villa onto the covered terrace, you will find the ideal place for a spot of alfresco dining, while enjoying the uninterrupted views over the stunning Ibiza countryside. There is an outdoor fridge freezer to store BBQ essentials and of course your favourite refreshments!
The gated swimming pool area makes this villa the perfect Ibiza villa rental for families. The pool itself is 10m in length, with ample comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for long lazy afternoons poolside.
Upon entering the villa the stylish decor and elegant furniture immediately creates an inviting feeling. Tasteful artwork and the beautiful original stained glass windows add to the eclectic ambiance.
Spacious and homely, the villa’s large living and dining areas offer the perfect spaces to relax, unwind and entertain. Equipped with all the modern appliances needed, the kitchen is perfect for any budding chefs wanting to cook up a storm. A circular dining area also provides a cosy spot to eat, chat and catch up on your day with friends and family.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
If the booking is for more than 1 week, there is an additional mid-stay clean.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
