We are working on allowing instant bookings on our website. For now you can Request to Book. We will gather the dates you wish to stay, the composition of your group, and will contact owners to receive the most updated proposal for your reservation request.

Each listing has its own Cancellation Policy specifying if you would get any reimbursements in case of a cancellation at a give point after you confirmed your booking. This will be clearly informed to you in the rental contract. Payments are non refundable and cancellation policies are established according to the date in which you must pay the balance.

You would cancel by sending an email requesting us to do so or by not paying the balance when it’s due. We kindly ask you to inform if/when you need to cancel a booking immediately. We may be able to give you credits for the amount paid if we are able to rent the house on the same dates.

Yes, we do offer transportation services in jets, helicopters, executive cars, vans and buses, apart from many others services such as Yachts/boats, horseback rides, massages, cooks, barmen, waiters, and more!  

You can confirm your booking by wire transfer. Sometimes owners from specific countries require that funds enter their national bank accounts, and we are able to assist you in doing this by using smart services such as Wise, Xoom, and others.
